Refund Policy

When and how HK Updates issues refunds for deposits and service orders.

Wallet deposits are final once credited, because funds remain available for you to spend on the platform.

If a service order fails or is cancelled by the provider, the order amount is returned to your wallet automatically.

Partial deliveries are refunded proportionally to the undelivered quantity.

Disputes should be raised within 14 days of the order date.
