The rules that govern your use of the HK Updates platform, wallet and services.

By creating an HK Updates account you agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate account information.

Wallet balances are held in USD and are non-transferable between accounts. Deposits are credited only after our servers verify the payment with the payment provider.

Service orders are fulfilled through third-party providers. Delivery times are estimates, and refunds are issued to your wallet where a provider fails to deliver.

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse of the platform.
